The BCEM is managed by Burj Modaraba Management Company (Private) Limited which is a private limited company, incorporated in the province of Sindh under the Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now the Companies Act, 2017). It was registered as a Modaraba management company with the Registrar Modaraba, on June 19, 2020. The notion behind flotation of Burj Clean Energy Modaraba is to deliver a Shariah compliant business model. BCEM focuses on renewable power development focusing on both utility-scale IPPs and Distributed Generation solutions for Industrial, Commercial and Residential scale customers.
