Our Journey to Sustainable Investments
The BCEM is managed by Burj Modaraba Management (Private) Limited which is an unlisted private limited company, incorporated in the province of Sindh under the Companies Ordinance, 1984. It was registered as a Modaraba management company with the Registrar Modaraba, on June 19, 2020. The notion behind flotation of Burj Clean Energy Modaraba is to deliver a Shariah compliant business model. BCEM focuses on renewable power development focusing on both utility-scale IPPs and Distributed Generation solutions for Industrial, Commercial and Residential scale customers.
