Burj Clean Energy Modaraba (BCEM) successfully closes PKR 1.5 Billion Sukuk III
We are pleased to announce the successful closing of Burj Clean Energy Modaraba’s PKR 1.5 billion Sukuk III, an unsecured, privately placed issuance.
Sukuk III is the third issuance under our Sukuk Programme and follows the successful repayment of Sukuk II. Each issuance has built on the last, and this progress reflects our disciplined approach to financing and our track record of meeting commitments to investors.
This transaction marks another milestone in our journey to expand clean energy across Pakistan, and reflects the continued confidence of investors in our vision and business.
